New Ground Capital has pioneered institutional Build to Rent (BTR) housing investments – providing modern, professionally managed homes and attractive long term investment opportunities for institutional investors.
Today, we’re proud of our track record as an investment manager, developer, development manager and property manager across a wide spectrum of rental housing and affordable housing projects throughout New Zealand.
We’re also proud to have co-founded the country’s first committed capital impact venture capital fund in 2017, established the innovative Homes For Tamariki fund in 2022, and appointed investment manager of the Bay of Plenty Housing Equity Fund in 2023.
