We are excited to collaborate with a local Bay of Plenty investor group, led by Purpose Capital, to bring this much-needed development to life. This project is currently in the process of securing resource consent and aims to deliver approximately 45 purpose-built rental homes by 2024, addressing the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in the region.
