In 2023, New Ground Capital successfully completed the Moroki Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in Glen Innes, Auckland.
This project delivered 50 purpose-built rental homes, offering a range of one, two, and three-bedroom options to meet Tamaki's diverse housing needs.
Kaweka BTR Development (Mt Albert, Auckland)

Toru Apartments (Frankton, Queenstown)
Toru Apartments is strategically located at the corner of Cherry Blossom and Copper Beech Avenues, adjacent to the Remarkables Park Town Centre. Houkura NZ Defence Force Housing (Whenuapai, Auckland)
In June 2016, New Ground Capital partnered with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) to deliver 49 custom-designed rental homes tailored to meet their specific requirements. These homes are strategically located near the RNZAF air base at Whenuapai, ensuring convenient access for personnel. Completed in 2018, the homes are leased to the NZDF on a long-term basis, providing high-quality housing to support the needs of their service members.
Kerepeti Development (Hobsonville Point, Auckland)
This Build to Rent initiative, the first of its kind in New Zealand, offers households a rare opportunity to lease a professionally-managed rental property in a neighbourhood with high quality amenities, including the new Hobsonville Point primary and secondary schools. With lease terms of up to seven years, renting households know that they have security of tenure, whilst still being able to shorten their lease should their circumstances change.
